*Sigh* it's just been one of those days where everything goes wrong. It only started with the GAIN of 0.5 lbs. I'm sorry, I just don't have it in me to post much tonight. Hope you're all doing well. I'll write more tomorrow!

Cheryl! It happens girl, don't fret, so many things can cause a gain. And it looks like you have a .5 increment scale and those things can be very flakey at times, so don't hold it for certain.

You are still around a pound a day, that is excellent progress. Could it be time for TOM? Could it be ovulation? Honest, it will come off! Have faith.

Sorry about the other aspects of your day. Hope they get better.

I don't know why gains happen, but they happened to me too. Hang in there! The loss WILL come again. You are doing GREAT! I hope today is easier for you.

Hang in there Cheryl! It will come off! Take a deep breathe and lean on all the experience of the Group. You'll get through the day!

Cheryl, I am a total "stair-stepper loser", as Renee calls it. She would lose steadily, and I would be down a lb one day, up .5 the next, then down 2.5 the next, then nothing. In the end I had great losses. I would lay money down that it's simply a bit of extra water, and you will see a bigger than normal loss soon. Just the body's fluids and fat cells all shifting about and redistributing.

I notice that before I have a larger than normal loss I am often very tired and depressed -- my theory is that it takes alot of work for the body to let go of that weight. So I am crossing my fingers that you have woken up today (Sunday) and can report more weightloss and feeling better!

You're doing great!

You are doing so well, honey. Don't take it to hard, we all stop and start and gain and lose and plateau, and in the end we all still have SO much success that it's worth all the effort and worry!

Hakuna Matata, m'dear. This too, shall pass. You're doing awesome, and you're going to have GREAT results.

HUGS for Cheryl!!! We are all so proud of you and your success. :) I am also, as Renee calls it, a stairstepper loser. My water weight is horrible and if I do not drink enough to flush I will be up a pound each day! Yikes!

You will be fine sweets....I will say a prayer for comfort for you tonight. :D We miss you girlie!
